YP Reception

Join us for an evening of networking and inspiration!

About the Event

The ISAP2025 Young Professionals Reception is a vibrant, open-format gathering designed for next-generation researchers, including students, early-career doctors, and Young Professionals (YP) from AP-S and ISAP communities. With approximately 100 participants, this event offers a unique opportunity to: Exchange research ideas and career insights in a relaxed setting.
Build international connections with peers and industry leaders.
Gain valuable advice from IEEE Senior Members and Fellows.

Venue & Access
  • Location: THE LUIGANS Spa & Resort
    • A stunning seaside venue in Fukuoka, offering a perfect backdrop for networking.
  • Transportation:
    • Outbound: Ferry (max 50 passengers) or shuttle bus.
      • Ferry Departure: Participants traveling by ferry will depart for the conference venue at 16:30.
      • Bus Departure: Participants traveling by bus will depart for the conference venue at 17:30.
    • Return: Free shuttle bus.
Registration

You can register for the YP reception in the EDAS system. Please select either YP1 (travel by boat) or YP2 (travel by bus) that appears after you select the main conference registration.
