Important Dates
- July 1, 2025: Online registration website will open
- August 31, 2025: Deadline of early registration*
- August 31, 2025: Deadline for payment of early registration

* Please note that each presenting author is requested to register in advance by August 31 for inclusion of the paper into ISAP2025 Proceedings.
** After the online registration deadline, only onsite registration will be available. Please register at the conference venue.

- * With each Regular registration, two papers can be submitted. To register more than two papers, an applicant should make one Regular registration per two additional papers (e.g.: To register three to four papers, please make two Regular registrations. Likewise, for five to six papers, applicant should make three Regular registrations).
- ** One Student registration will cover only one paper submission. To register as a Student, an applicant needs to upload a PDF file of valid student ID card. An applicant whose status was a Student at the time of paper registration (will be subject to Best Paper Award), but is no longer a Student at the time of registration should upload a PDF file of student ID card and register as a Regular applicant.
- *** One Retire registration will cover only one paper submission. Retired person fee applies to persons no longer in employment (including self-employment). Justifications may be requested.
- **** ”Accompanying person” is not permitted to attend the sessions.
Online Registration
Early bird registration will open on July 1.
Visa
Participants who require a visa should, if possible, apply on their own responsibility to the local Japanese
embassy or consulate. Please note that in some countries it may take more than three months to obtain
a visa.
