Call for Organized Sessions for ISAP2025

Organized session proposals are solicited for the 2025 International Symposium on Antennas and Propagation (ISAP2025), 27 – 31, 2025 in Fukuoka, Japan.

The proposals for organized sessions must reach the Chair of the Technical Program Committee by 15 January 2025.

The proposal including a mandatory provisional list of authors must be submitted no later than the deadline (15 January 2025) using the template that will be provided.

Each proposal should include
– Chair and Co-Chair names, institutional affiliations and contact information
– Session title
– Brief description of session with keywords
– A short abstract (with at least 100 words)
– List of potential speakers

The organized session speakers and organizers will need to register for the conference at the ISAP2025 website.

All papers must be submitted by 24 April 2025 and should conform to the same specifications as regular papers. The authors cannot be changed after submission and in case of “no show” the paper will not be included in the ISAP Archives and IEEE-Xplore digital library.

Proposers are requested to solicit one session including 5 papers. Their quality will mainly be judged on the proper coverage of the topic (e.g. not only work from the author’s institution but also that from the general scientific community). All papers are subjected to a peer review process.
