Technical Tour

This technical tour offers participants a unique opportunity to explore the evolution of sanitary engineering and water-related lifestyle technologies in Japan through a visit to the TOTO Museum. TOTO Ltd. is renowned for its advanced developments in water-saving, sensor-based, and wireless-controlled sanitary systems—technologies that involve integrated electromagnetic sensing and control mechanisms relevant to antenna and propagation applications.

Participants will travel by chartered bus from the conference venue at ACROS Fukuoka to the TOTO Museum, a journey of approximately 90 minutes. After the tour, the group will return to ACROS Fukuoka by bus.

1-Day Culture Experience Tour: Yanagawa River Cruise and Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine Stroll

This 1-day tour visits Yanagawa(1), a city famous for its waterways, and Dazaifu Tenmangu(2), a shrine dedicated to Sugawara no Michizane, the god of learning, culture, and the arts.
On the Yanagawa river cruise, tourists travel through the city’s canals on a small boat.
